Welcome to the 2025 Redwood Acres Fair, we are looking forward to another great fair!
 
Before you begin the online entry process, please view the Livestock Guidebook available on the Redwood Acres Fair website (https://www.redwoodacres.com/) to read all rules and information regarding the divisions and classes you are entering.
 
By entering, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all rules.
 
To Register: Log in as an exhibitor and register. If you are creating an account for the first time this year, you will need to register as a new exhibitor, all subsequent log ins you will utilize your self-generated password. Please enter valid contact information as this will be used for communication and for issuing any awards or payments. Only utilize Quick Groups if you will be submitting entries for multiple exhibitors. Each exhibitor needs their own exhibitor profile under their name. When you are done adding entries, you will need to check out to complete the entry process and submit entries to the fair. Payments via credit card or PayPal are required at the time of entry.
 
After completing your entry online, you will receive an email confirmation that you can use to verify your entries. Please check your junk/spam folder if necessary. You can also view your receipt in your online entry account profile to see the entries you successfully submitted.

Youth Livestock Exhibitors are required to upload a completed Livestock Exhibitor Contract, Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Contract along with a current YQCA Certificate at the time of entry. All Market animals are required to have a Bill of Sale and Market Hogs are required to have a Prop 12 Compliance Certificate uploaded by the entry deadline.
 
Exhibitors must turn in an original and complete Livestock Exhibitor Contract, Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Contract, Liability Waiver and First Aid Form to the Fair Office by Friday, May 30th. Camping spaces must be purchased by May 16th and the camping reservation form is also due by May 30th.
 
For Market exhibitors, there are a limited number (70) of Market animals that will be sold in the Sale of Excellence and not all market animals entered are guaranteed to sell. The sale is a terminal sale.
